Since this is our first time posting body related knowledge, we think it's crucial for you to understand what is fat and how do we burn them. So, what is in our fat belly? Is it because our food that hasn't been processed? The answer is yes and no.

Yes, it could be. But in that case, we usually call it bloating. If you're always bloating, then you have some medical issues over there. Try to seek professional help if you are consistently bloating.


Here we go with the scientific answer, fat belly exists because you eat too much. Yes, I bet you might knew that already. But it does exist as a storage.


I'll explain more, in a day, there is a certain amount of calories that you should take in order for you to be able to do your activities. If you exceeds it, the rest of the nutrition will be taken and processed as "fat", which your body will use later as your "back-up" plan. To be put simply, your fat is the energy stored as a back-up in case if your body burns more calories above your limit.
